Diagnosis: Lymphoma

Before Treatment: Patient had complained of chest distress and dyspnea for two months.
General conditions were very weak: couldn’t lie down in bed, and coughed severely. Chest CT
scan showed big mass in mediastinum and pleural fluid in thoracic cavity.

Diagnosis: Diagnosed as lymphoma by core biopsy and pathological analysis.

Treatment: Systematic treatments of chemotherapy and gene therapy. After 3 cycles of
treatments, in June 2006, his general conditions became progressively well, all symptoms
relieved. The big tumor shrank and the pleural fluid in his right thoracic cavity disappeared
significantly.
